The op started on Legendary so my point still stands anyone who has played games will always look for a challenge, playing on the hardest, when bested feels like a achievement, the best kind of feeling, when you put hard work into somethingĪlso doom 2016 was a bad game didn't even take me much time ta best that on the hardest, it's a joke to what doom is.Ĭan't say anything for Doom Eternal haven't played it yet looks good tho Jumping into the dark takes skill is that not what gamer's do, or are you saying you have 0 skill in fps games? ,bah it'd take next to no time to work all of that out, you're acting like this fellow has no skill, and you've got heaps of time to react, die retry work out what you did wrong, boom ez,if you don't try then, then you'll never win. i always start a game on the hardest without doing so has no challenge, you call it torture because you lacks skills. Trying to get through a game for the first time on the highest difficulty isn't a challenge, it's torture. A Mancubus alone can heal over 40 of damage per hit in Ultra-Violence, nevermind Nightmare which has them being more aggressive and dealing even more damage. I mean, if my first experience with a game was playing it through the hardest difficulty, dying over and over again unknowing how the game works, I think my mindset would be to avoid the game, especially ones like DOOM and DOOM Eternal, which has enemies dealing ridiculous amount of damage with a single hit.
#Halo games in order of difficulty Pc

You're not given any room to experiment because you're barely given any window of time. You probably found the Xbox version easier because you probably played the PC version before. The PC and Xbox versions of Halo 2 are the same. That isn't a challenge, it's just trying to tediously get through a section, knowing that there's a lot more ahead that get increasingly difficult. Try playing through Outskirts unknown that there's a lot of Jackal Snipers that can kill you before you know it. Try playing Cairo Station unkowing that you can literally be destroyed in less than a second. Try playing Keyes without knowing how spawning works and that Sniper Rifles don't work on the Flood. Try playing the Library unknowing that the Shotgun is the best, while the Plasma Rifle and Magnum are great alternatives. Try going through a section unknowning that a Plasma Pistol is perfect for shield-stripping, and instead wasting a lot of ammo from a bigger gun because you think it's more efficient than a little pew-pew gun. Try playing a game for the first time on the hardest difficulty, and try not to be shredded within seconds because you know literally nothing of the game. Now'er days it's too frustrating for most of ya,i miss the days of skilled gamer's didn't care they. gives you heaps of room, also yeah 2 was bloody hard pc was at lest xbox was ez vs halo 2 pc.Īlso always start Legendary as it gives you a challenge what happened to gamer's looking for aĬhallenge, in the good old days, we'd always start on the hardest on any game. It also doesn't gives little room for experimentation. Legendary requires that you know how the whole game works, and if it's your first experience, you're just setting yourself up for a frustrating experience.
